Following your heart requires courage and integrity; as demonstrated in the Cinderella story.

Despite the most challenging circumstances she finds herself in, the Cinderella character retains her sense of innocence and joy at every possible opportunity and as a consequence stays in a constant state of gratitude. The ability to see the silver lining in whatever life throws at you, is a gift that we all must strive for, because it is the key one needs to be courageous and follow one’s heart i.e. your dreams and true desires.

The Cinderella fairy tale encodes a deep message for all of us today – ‘no matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing; the dream that you wish will come true’.

We all know the feeling of wanting to give up when the going gets tough; but following your heart requires you to stay focussed on the true end result. So, grieve if you must…..sleep if you must…..but stay true to your heart and turn up everyday with integrity, fully secure in the knowledge that ‘having faith in your dreams will make the rainbow smile at you”!
